Ever wondered about your tendency to get bored of this article and close the browser or your tendency to get curious about the article conclusion and jump a few lines below? Why you do that? You might get bored now and open your messenger searching for someone to chat with or you might get excited about the article and share the link with somebody, but really, why? You might wonder why I wrote this article, why did you wonder? Lots of questions indeed, but ever wondered about how do you comprehend all of these questions? Ever wondered how you comprehend? Ever wondered about why you wonder?

You know what is really hard about artificial intelligence? You can’t give a machine an “ego”, yes, you can program a machine to simulate a person with an ego but in fact it doesn’t really have one. Machines won’t understand that cutting the power will end their existence. Software won’t understand that erasing them will kill them. You can give a machine an instinct like procedures that would simulate fear or curiosity, but in fact the machine won’t really “feel” fear neither curiosity.

You can make machine learn, but you can’t make a machine learn how to learn, simply because a machine don’t have a motive to do so, because it doesn’t have an ego to satisfy. You can program a machine to search and store knowledge and maybe in the future to comprehend knowledge, but you can’t make a machine with genuine curiosity to learn and obtain knowledge like humans.

Before electricity was discovered and used in our daily life, humans didn’t even think about it or even imagined it. Before atomic power was discovered and abused in Hiroshima, humans didn’t even think about it or even imagined it. So imagine what we don’t know and comprehend now? Imagine if someday they managed to make the machine really genuinely feel, imagine if they gave the machine an ego. Will it ask the same questions?

Today i was at the ICT, i got the chance to pass by the IT Eye magazine booth and get my self a free copy of the magazine so i can see my 1st published technical article ever. It felt really great, specially the IT Eye guys have done such a great work in editing and the article. I've never got any technical article for me published before, it feels really cool. Thanks to all of the guys from IT Eye magazine specially Samar whom was very helpful for me in my 1st step ever as a published writer.

National Iranian Oil Company is the next to the Saudi Arabian Oil Company in the list of world biggest oil reserves, and its revenue for year 2007 is also $51 billion. Saudi Arabian Oil Company is undeclared according to Wikipedia.

Of course you know that this year Microsoft offered a $44 billion dollar to by Yahoo which had a $7.6 billion for year 2007.

Google revenue was $16.5 billion for year 2007.
